As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression for our guests and clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Provide accurate information and address inquiries from guests, clients, and employees
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers and scanners
Familiarity with basic computer software, including MS Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
