Seeking deployment at the 04-05 level into a permanent position in my range of experience/interest in social sectors such as: programs, projects, policy or human resources/staffing. (AS/PM preference and open to EC/PE).
Some specific areas of interest are Inclusion, Mental Health & Employee Success, Gender Equality and Indigenous Reconciliation.
Public service experience in project management, project administration, supporting and advising management, stakeholder relations and engagement, client service, inter-team collaboration, human resources, and interpreting policy. Fully qualified in an AS-05 pool (2023).
Additionally open to transitioning into the private sector in a remote position in my areas of experience/interest in digital transformation, project management, and human resources. My specific areas of interest in transformation technology are Inclusion, Project Management, Human Resources, and Customer/Employee Success.
Private sector work experience in management, human resources, executive support, strategic account support, business administration, scheduling, onboarding, hiring, training/education, and client service.
Additional varied experience from my Honors BA in research, policy analysis, and writing policy documents/reports. My coursework focus in university was on Indigenous reconciliation in Canada, violence in schools, and other current topics in sociology and public policy.
