I am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Digital Health from Algonquin College. My most recent work experience was as a Fleet Associate at Bird Canada, where I utilized mobile technology to provide scooter service to residents in a way that was efficient, safe, and accessible. I have core competencies in survey research, market analysis, and sales.
Prior to working at Bird Canada, I was a Sales Representative at GLENTEL Inc. and a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance. In these roles, I managed in-store promotions, created brand awareness, adapted to consumer needs, resolved customer concerns, identified and maximized cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and processed sales transactions and contracts. I worked as part of a team with fellow employees and partnered with management to develop fruitful strategies and meet daily sales targets. I also exercised patience and empathy to communicate with upset customers and help them find financial solutions. I am motivated by creating positive customer experiences and building long-term relationships. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in health sciences and digital health, and have completed multiple certifications in clinical reasoning, global health, and research ethics.
