We are looking for a recent Graduate who will be a part of a diverse functional Insights-to-impact (i2i) Team, that is comprised of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources (HR), and Operational Excellence (OE) professionals, who support the organization on several critical processes and matters. While there will be a higher emphasis on Finance/Accounting, this is a unique opportunity to be exposed to several other functional areas and develop a breadth of knowledge and experience. This individual will have the opportunity to utilize their skills to support various Finance, HR and OE tasks that in turn will equip the i2i Team maintain strong controls and oversight on company financials, as well as accelerate insights and analytics generation to support the business make informed decisions in an agile manner. This is a one-year contract position based in our Oakville, ON Office.

You Will Contribute By

Supporting the Finance Lead on various Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes while playing a part in ensuring strong controls and oversight on Revenue and Operating Expenses.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to generate insights and develop meaningful Reporting
Supporting the Talent Advisor on certain HR tasks and processes that will reinforce compliance with various Canadian legislation
Supporting the OE Lead on various Data Stewardship and Reporting tasks to streamline data management and improve overall data quality
Supporting the Head of i2i & Talent on various projects
Other tasks as assigned

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Preferred degree in Business with a Finance/Accounting major
Enrolled or working towards the CPA designation will be considered an asset
Relevant work and/or co-op/internship experience is desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
Experience working with data and modelling will be considered an asset
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset
Ability to manage data from various sources to effectively present key insights
Solutions-oriented and learning mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team setting
