All candidates must have a valid Canadian work permit. Evans Hunt will not be providing sponsorship at this time. We’re open to considering international candidates working remotely during our business hours in Mountain Time.

At Evans Hunt, our mission is to execute projects seamlessly from project intake to launch for clients of all sizes across different industries and marketing needs. The Project Coordinator Intern is an entry-level position on the Client Engagement team that will support the delivery of various projects at EH.

As a part of the Client Engagement team, and with the oversight of a Program Director, you will help provide support for project management tasks. The Project Coordinator Intern is proactive, has a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Curiosity, a drive to learn, and a willingness to ask questions are critical.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who’s used to a fast-paced environment -- we’re an agency, after all. As part of the Client Engagement team, the ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator Intern will check off the boxes below.

You are organized. With so many moving parts to manage, you’re always one step ahead of everyone else. You love a good plan and helping teams to know what to expect next. It’s hard keeping up with you.
You’re self-motivated and curious. You are comfortable working with limited supervision at times, and you have a passion for ongoing learning and growth.
You communicate effectively. Whether it’s taking detailed notes or a meeting with the team to provide updates to the project, you can rattle off the facts and stats as needed.

You have an interest in marketing. You’re excited to provide support for branding projects, website maintenance, and setting up campaigns. Experience and/or education in Marketing or Project Management is a plus.

A day in the life

You'll have the opportunity to work with various clients across a range of industries and project types simultaneously. As a Project Coordinator Intern, there are a few activities that will likely take up most of your time. These include:

Assist Project Managers and/or Client Partners with project admin tasks
Support our process to get the right people working on the projects
Schedule team meetings, client reviews and events
Regular team communication and check-ins
Work closely with the Project Management and Billing teams to support month end reporting

Salary range: $3,000 stipend per month
Term: up to 4 months
