We then work to provide financial solutions and connect them to the logistical support they need, facilitating their transformational journeys to study or work abroad.

As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive Operations Intern. This person will help build new operational processes for the company and support ongoing projects.

It's important to note that we maintain an in-office working policy, and we require candidates to either reside in Toronto or be open to relocating to the area and committing to a five-day-a-week in-office scheduled projects. You will have the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a tech startup and contribute to the growth and success of our company. We are an onsite company, and are in-person 5 days a week in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

Build new operational processes from scratch that fit the customers’ needs as well as all relevant laws & regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company strategy
Monitor and report on the progress of operational projects and initiatives
Provide support to ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Contribute to the planning and execution of projects to achieve operational goals

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with a proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

This is a paid internship position for a duration of 4 months from May-August.
