What’s the job?

We are looking for a Content Specialist Intern to join our growing team. This internship will run for 4 months and will start this September.

As a content specialist, you will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics. To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative. A skilled content specialist should be expert storytellers and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.

Quick overview of the role:

Copywrite listings, EBC, and product descriptions.
Write concise, compelling, benefit-driven product copy.
Experience with creative brainstorming: concept, campaigns, naming.
Maintain high standards of copy-writing and exercising quality control on all copy.
Create iconic campaign taglines and brand-positioning statements.
Make effective and buyer magnet product listings.
Use EFFECTIVE KEYWORDS to assume sales and result.
Proofread.

Is it remote and what are the hours like?

This position is 100% remote but must be able to work on EST hours (9am-5pm).

What’s the pay?

Starting at $17/hour per year with a big emphasis on “starting”! We’re hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role and the salary that comes with it!

Related backround in content creation, copywriting, proofreading, brand growth is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in collaboration with a team.
Degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar is an asset.
