The Product Development Intern will integrate into the CPO Scrum Team and work directly with the CPO Coordinator in designing solutions to Manufacturing and Field Service Requests. This will entail the use of Pro-Engineer to develop new parts or modify existing to resolve Production or Field Service requests, followed up by release into Bills of Material and Production follow-up on the shop floor. Interns can receive a unique project based on their experience and skillset and coaching in the development of a project plan, design solutions, and release into the production environment. In previous years, interns have provided draughting and design support to large cost reduction projects as well as critical new product design.

Responsibilities:

Work on 3D models, 2D draws, Bills of Material, Engineering Change Orders
Complete CPO (Current Plant Operations) change requests for current product
Give support for CPM (Current Product Management) profiles as needed
Provide support as needed for additional projects

This position will pay between $19.00 - $35.25 per hour

Qualifications:

Pursuing Associates, Technical, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering, or in a related degree area
