1. EDC Black Community Leader Scholarship:
Eligibility:
- Black students pursuing studies at a Canadian college, university, or cégep.
- Must provide SIN (Social Insurance Number) for tax purposes.
- Pursuing post-secondary studies in fields related to EDC's work, including business and finance, operations and administration, information technology, or fields supporting the Black community.
- Minimum 70% cumulative average and involvement in organizations important to the Black community.
Value: $5,000
2. Black Business and Professional Association Canadian Medical Foundation Bursary:
Eligibility:
- Black students accepted or attending any medical school in Canada.
- Based on academic achievement, financial need, and contribution to the Black community.
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person.
- Maximum age of 30 at the start of the 2022-2023 academic year.
Value: $5,000 CAD
3. Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Undergraduate Student Research Awards:
Eligibility:
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Person.
- Registered in a bachelor's degree program at an eligible institution.
- Satisfactory cumulative average, not enrolled in health sciences professional degree, and not previously enrolled in a graduate program in the same field.
- Exclusive for self-identifying Black student researchers (for CIHR and SSHRC USRAs).
Value: $6,000 (host institution supplements the award)
4. Black Business and Professional Association in partnership with the Government of Ontario S.T.E.M. Scholarships:
Eligibility:
- Black students with a strong aptitude in Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Math.
- Enrolled or accepted as a full-time student in the 2022-2023 academic year.
- Maximum age of 30 at the start of the academic year.

5. Black Business and Professional Association in partnership with Mejuri The Mejuri Scholarship Fund:
Eligibility:
- Black women or non-binary individuals aged 18 or older.

7. Kindred Foundation Scholarship by the Black Business and Professional Association

- Black student studying mental health or health sciences (priority) or sciences (secondary) at an accredited post-secondary institution.

- Enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in the 2022-2023 academic year.
- Maximum 30 years of age at the start of the 2022-2023 academic year.

8. The Robert "Bobby Love" Izzard Community Scholarship by the Black Business and Professional Association

- Black student who emulates Bobby Love's quest for education and sports.
- Resident of the Toronto Community Housing.
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person.
- Enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in the 2022-2023 academic year.
- Maximum 30 years of age at the start of the 2022-2023 academic year.
- Must provide true, accurate, and complete information on the application form.
Value: $2,500 CAD. 1 scholarship awarded per year.
9. Black Business and Professional Association: The Canadian Public Relations Society Foundation Scholarship:
Eligibility:
- Black student attending a three+ year program in the field of Public Relations at an accredited college or university in Canada.
