WHAT'S THE JOB?

The procurement team is currently looking for an intern for the autumn of 2023. You will be joining a tightly knit team that is constantly in solution mode and running on innovative ideas. Here, every day is different and presents new challenges.

This internship offer is for the autumn 2023 session, with the possibility of an extension, and who knows, maybe a position afterwards!

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH YOUR TIME

Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, the intern will participate in various projects in this sector and work with our team of 6 buyers. Specifically, during your internship you will be required to:

You are responsible for a defined purchasing commodity
You plan purchases, produce POs according to technical specifications, and handle related logistics
You support the various teams by providing information on any schedule changes
You manage stock levels using ERP (Syteline and Interal)
You take charge of project management by completing documents such as project mandates, action plan follow-ups, and monitoring deadlines
YOUR PROJECTS
You will be responsible for optimizing your commodity's procurement process, diagnosing and recommending improvements
You participate in projects and improvements for the migration of our ERP system
You will participate in the implementation of a customs tariff management process.
You participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
You will participate in inventory management projects.
Any other project related to the purchasing department
WHAT YOU'VE GOT
BAC in GOP, AEC in logistics or any relevant DEC
Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
Fluency in spoken and written French
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn and develop your current knowledge
