Your future role on our team
Within the Digital Power Systems group, you'll join a multidisciplinary team composed of electrical, automation and telecommunications specialists. Equipped with a lab and test equipment, the group is centred around executing digitalization and modernization projects in the control, protection and automation sectors for electrical substations. You'll be designing innovative solutions with the market's latest technologies.
With us, you'll get the opportunity to...
- Participate in engineering projects based on IEC 61850 standards for digital power systems.
- Perform testing in the BBA digital power systems lab.
- Configure smart electronic devices (relays, substations controllers, etc.).
- Design substation HMI/SCADA.
- Participate in detailed engineering (protection and control diagrams, lists, technical documents).

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- Undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to read plans and schematics
- Asset: student registered with the Institut en génie de l'énergie électrique (IGEE)
- Asset: bilingual (English and French)
