Job Description:

The Business and Product Testing Intern at Aethos Labs will be instrumental in supporting our operational and strategic initiatives. This role involves direct reporting to the CEO and, on occasion, to the Head of Operations. The intern will engage in a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to assisting in the launch and execution of business development strategies and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals looking to immerse themselves in the startup culture and gain comprehensive experience in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative duties for the CEO and Head of Operations, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and document organization.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives through research, analysis, and the execution of marketing strategies.
• Engage in the startup and operationalization of new projects within Aethos Labs.
• Depending on skill set, provide support in financial analysis and accounting tasks.
• Work collaboratively across teams to foster innovative solutions and approaches.
• Assist in the development and testing phases of product management, ensuring the highest quality of our database and platform offerings.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and document bugs or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product development team to implement product enhancements and resolve identified issues.
• Support the Head of Operations in coordinating and executing product development strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning activities related to product management best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management, or a related field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

Skills and Highlights:

• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) for comprehensive administrative support.
• Exceptional time management capabilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• A proactive learner, open to tackling new challenges and responsibilities.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Additional Skills: Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks.
• Experience or interest in Sigma, operations management, or product development. Candidates with a background or keen interest in these areas will find ample opportunities to engage and contribute to projects beyond their core responsibilities.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Interest in Sigma, operations management, product development, or familiarity with specific development tools and languages.
