Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing/Communications intern to join our team for the Summer of 2024. This opportunity can be based in Toronto or Vancouver, CA.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate marketing student who can succeed in an agile, fast-paced environment. This intern will be supported by marketing, graphic design, and communications specialists.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with creating outlines, writing, editing, and tailoring of content response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc. as well as manage all data entry related to Project Profiles and Project Descriptions in Open Asset.
• Assist in the develop, maintenance, and updating of standard marketing materials as well as corporate information as needed for marketing and business development activity.
• Help maintain and promote branding and visual identity in alignment with corporate standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing team on various projects and initiatives including social media marketing.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Journalism, or another related field preferred.
• Excellent oral, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing/proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interest in marketing and eagerness to learn
