WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for an entry-level intern to join our Visual team! Reporting to the Senior Visual Specialist, the Visual Intern will be key in collecting all information for all in-store presentation to ensure delivery dates & specific information are respected. The Visual Intern will also be part of many creative aspects of the Visual deparment, such as Mannequin’s Oufits, Launch Packages and Signage needed for each campaign.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare Mannequin’s Outfits to reflect brand image
• Test signage size needed for every campaign or special projects
• Update Wall Calendar & Special presentations (including US) for yearly reference
• Participate in Visual presentations (documents, videos, store opening)
• Keep library of new styling & merchandising ideas
• Conduct Market-Trend research & monthly store visits
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Completion of post-secondary education in a related field;
• Experience in retail or equivalent;
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Excel (Photoshop & InDesign would be beneficial);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Bilingualism required (English and French); Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international;
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task;
• Positive, upbeat energy with ability to create fun working environment is a must.
