Our internship is a 12-week paid program, open to Black and/or Indigenous high school and post-secondary grads who are interested in a career in the creative industry. We’ll be hiring a total of three interns in Toronto, across three disciplines - Account Management, Design, and Production.

We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion that drives them to think outside the box for some of the most iconic brands in the world. To qualify for the Cossette internship, you must:

  • Identify as Black and/or Indigenous
  • Have completed your high school education and be at least 19 years of age
  • Be available to join us in a hybrid work model (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from June 5 to August 29, 2024
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada

  • Third - Create a presentation (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) with your ideas and pitch—be sure to include an explanation of your thought process behind each idea based on the brief.
  • Fourth - Finally, hit the “apply” button at the bottom of this page to fill out the application form, and submit your presentation by Monday, April 8, 2024, 12 p.m. EST.
  • You will need to save your file as a PDF in order to submit it.
  • Please note that for those who are not accepted into the program, your intellectual property (IP) will be protected and your submissions will not be used by Cossette beyond the application process for future work.
