Position Summary
We are looking for an organizational change management intern to join us for a 4 month period with possibility of extension, starting in January 2024.
This position will be based out of our Toronto Office. This position will be mainly work from home, with occasional visits to the office.
Your Responsibilities
- You will perform a variety of support tasks including assisting with ongoing and new projects by creating reports and presentations, attending collaboration meetings, conducting minor project analysis, and working closely with Change Managers to ensure success.
- For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your time, as you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ultimately, you should be able to support our Organizational Change Management team to ensure changes are managed effectively.
The Team
The team is made up of different managers who manage changes in different function across the organization.
What You Will Be Working On
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to develop change strategies and plans for upcoming projects.
- Participate in stakeholder analysis and identify key individuals or groups impacted by the change.
- Support the development of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and presentations, to inform employees about upcoming changes.
- Help organize and participate in change-related meetings and events.
- Help create and administer change readiness assessments to gauge the preparedness of employees and the organization for change.
- Collect and analyze data related to change initiatives to track progress and measure the impact of changes on the organization.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to the Change Management team
- Maintain records of change management activities, including project plans, communication materials, and feedback received from employees

What You Need To Be Successful
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with good organization skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet aggressive deadlines while continually managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to create spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of change managers or business resources.
