Position Objective
Porsche Cars Canada Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete day-to-day support for the department.
Porsche Cars Canada is looking for a bilingual eCommerce Intern for a 6-12 month tenure to provide support to the eCommerce Manager with the newly launched Porsche Shop (ecommerce site).
Primary Responsibilities
- Porsche Centre Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence monitoring through Excel-based reporting and data analysis
- Create and update process documentation
- Provide high-level support for Porsche Centre users
- Shipping provider portal maintenance, data analysis, and reporting
- Maintain and update intranet subspace
- Support eCommerce Manager with Portfolio & Product Information Management
- Support with approval requests for Purchase Orders and invoicing
- Support with the creation of eCommerce Resources for Porsche Centres and Customers
- Presentation support and minuting
- Support in aggregation and analysis of Customer Experience Surveys
- Administration of dealer system access
- Support with PDC Inventory Analysis
Qualifications
Education:
- Recent graduate or currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline
- Basic understanding of eCommerce
Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to speak French is required
- Rigorous and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
- Sets and achieves challenging goals, recognizes and acts on opportunities, demonstrates resilience and overcomes obstacles
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Able to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines
- Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Working hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
