Working as an Process Analyst Student, you will be involved in the Change Management Process which evaluates changes scheduled to occur in the environment and validate that they meet all of our requirements. You will work on a variety of ITIL processes while being predominantly focused on Change Management. This includes Problem Management, Service Management, Compliance, and reporting in addition to Change Management. You will be provided with the unique opportunity to gain experience with an industry leader.

Length of Term: 8 Months
What you will do
Responsibilities include the design, implementation, maintenance and support of back-end software solutions in Service Engineering and Operations.
Who we are looking for
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a related post-secondary program
Experience performing detail oriented work on a timeline
Working with customers to help them resolve issues
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Resourceful self-starter who can collaborate
Above and beyond
Tools: Excel, Power Point, QlikView, Grafana
Systems: GIT, MSSQL\MySQL, VMware, Linux, JIRA
Active Directory \ Access Management
Python • Front end wizardry - HTML, CSS, and any other relevant "web 2.0 skills” (Bootstrap, AJAX, etc.)
Exposure to software design, client-server, and multi-threaded concepts are additional assets
