Key Responsibilities
Website management & optimizations (aid in)
- Updating best sellers category
- Uploading product photos
- Data entry (product description translations)
- Onsite pop-ups/widgets
- Website QA when new features are launched
- Other ad hoc requests
Reporting
- Daily online metrics, lead generation, CRM metrics & weekly web KPIs (top sellers, top landing pages, etc.)
Affiliate & Partnerships
- Aid in the recruitment of new online and direct mail partnerships
- Manage the day-to-day operations, reporting and email communications for the affiliate channel
Paid Media support
- Campaign set-up & ad creation for Pinterest
- Coordinate assets & copy requirements for partner, agencies and other paid media campaigns
Creative Asset Coordination
- Work with copy team & graphic designers on the creation of web assets for new collection campaigns, loyalty assets, paid media campaigns, sales events, and other ad hoc needs

- Newsletters

Other AdHoc tasks as needed
Potential Projects
- Participate in the planning, strategy and execution of our largest sales events of the year (Black Friday & Cyber Week)
- Contribute in improving our website performance and customer experience/flow to maximize our peak traffic periods
- Help manage and improve our Affiliate & Partnership channel to become a strong contributor to overall online sales
What We Are Looking For
- Genuinely nice human being
- Currently pursuing a degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of marketing software (e.g., email marketing platforms) is a plus
