We are hiring an Intern,IT Support to support all our Campuses.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide technical support for hardware and software systems
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations
- Provide training to users on new software applications
Education and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
