Position Title: Summer Student – Marketing & Communications Intern
Reports To: Sr Associate, Marketing
Status: 12-week contract
Work Location: Trillium Health Partners Foundation office at 89 The Queensway West, Mississauga, and some flexibility to work remotely.

THE ROLE
- Supports Senior Marketing Associates in driving deliverables for organizational needs.

Helps develop, publish and report on social media posts.

Regularly monitors competitive activity in digital and traditional marketing channels.

Participates in and supports marketing activities related to fundraising events.

Updates status reports and follows up with partners on deliverables.
- Helps put together post-campaign analysis documents.

Supports website redesign project.

Supports campaign launches.
- Supports creation and documentation of project processes.

Supports management of content repository on Notion platform (digital all-in one workspace shared across the organization).
- Other duties as assigned could include: keeping notes, sending follow-up emails, booking meetings.
CANADA SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

Placement is full time only (35 hours per week) for a maximum of 12 weeks
