The hired candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and will have the following responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables.
Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
Project coordination between other design disciplines.
Resolve design challenges with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed
Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team
Prepare, track, and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design.
Support the Project manager with project reporting as required
Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
Support the creation of various management plans required for the project.
Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently, as required.
Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
