The Technical Service Management Analyst Intern plays a supportive role in Service Management within IT Operations, where the key mandate will be the support of Interac commercial services and operations. In this role, you will work closely with Technical Service Directors in the following aspects:
- Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
- Assist with dashboard and report generation
- Develop performance metrics
- Deliver ad hoc reports
- You will collaborate and work with cross functional teams and thrives in high-performing and fast pace environment.

You're Great At...
- Designing business analysis for use throughout the cycle of service management
- Creating business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Monitoring data to identify changes in trends
- Communicating the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
Must Have Skills:
- Previous data analysis experience
- Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
- Ability to translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
- Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, especially in Excel
- Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
Nice To Have Skills:
- Exposure to IT Service Management, Project Management, IT Programing/support - Any technology/domain
