Status: 12-week contract
Work Location: Trillium Health Partners Foundation office at 89 The Queensway West, Mississauga, and some flexibility to work remotely.

THE ROLE
+ Supporting the Direct Marketing Team’s portfolio of programs to meet key business objectives for donor acquisition, donor retention, and revenue generation.
+ Manage our Door-to-Door program’s weekly data processing.
+ Communicate with monthly donors to update payment information, account information, and donor status, with a focus on maintaining membership levels in the monthly donor program through strong objection handling. Escalates issues as appropriate.
+ Campaign support including database queries, results tracking, and creative review.
+ Manage and maintain database of Direct Mail content.
+ Assist internal and external partners with portfolio updates, results, and donor record inquiries.
+ Skills required: Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel, strong language and proofreading skills, highly professional and articulate, and the ability to work independently. Donor database experience an asset.
+ General support tasks as required
CANADA SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
+ Placement is full time only (35 hours per week) for a maximum of 12 weeks
+ Placement must occur between April 25, 2023 and September 2, 2023
+ Applicants are aged 15-30 years
