Main Duties
Support the Production Planning department with:
- Production Control network project (cooperation with MTU-Hannover and other MTU locations)
- Improvement of Capacity Forecast Tool
- Continuation of Repair Controlling System project
- Operational Data Streamlining
- General Support: Preparing presentations, compiling data for analysis, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Student of a degree in industrial engineering, aeronautical engineering with a strong interest in Aviation Industry. In addition, the following skills are preferred:
- Previous experience in operational planning and scheduling
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with data processing systems such as SAP
- Experience with data visualization systems such as Tableau, basic understanding of maintenance and repair processes
- Strong communicator who can work well in a team
- Interest and basic knowledge of aviation industry
Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4-12 months
Salary: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
