Essential Functions
- Provide research and administrative support to Marketing Manager
- Produce and design marketing and advertising collateral
- Coordinate and manage existing collateral revisions
- Write and edit social media posts (inc. Viva Engage/Yammer)
- Assist in website content / updates
- Coordinate and assist with special events
- Other duties as assigned
- Participation in the Lunch & Learn internship program provided by the MYR Group Internship Leadership team.
Qualifications
- University Term 2nd or 3rd year student
- No experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and give presentations.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
