How will you make an impact in this role?
As Associate Digital Product Management Intern, you will be exposed to different functions across the Acquisition and Portfolio Management teams and be involved in various stages of executive report and Tableau dashboard development and delivery, from ideation to post-implementation analysis. You will have the opportunity to contribute on projects with real market impact. Efforts in this role will require and nurture a broad set of skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Creative thinking, analytics, strategy, effective communication, relationship building, problem solving, and leadership to name a few.
- Project and Relationship Management - Support user requirement gathering and project plan creation.
- Translate the customer experiences into Epics, Features and User Stories, following Agile methodology.
- Manage projects to bring other international markets together.
- Successfully manage and coordinate efforts within and across teams to deliver against project plans.
- Turn relationships into productive partnerships across multiple internal and external stakeholders for successful collaboration and project success.
- Superior communication and influencing skills that result in buy-in and acceptance across multiple stakeholders.
- Present project plans and business recommendations to senior leadership.
- Currently pursuing Business/Management/Economics/Math or Engineering degree with a demonstrated interest in marketing, product development, general and/or project management.
- Demonstrated ability with multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated analytical and design skills.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Relational databases
- Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically and passion for great customer experiences.
- Strong desire to take initiative and use available resources to problem solve.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes.
- A focus on innovation and the desire to own a project from ideation through implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent relationship management, and comfort working across various levels within an organization to drive results.
- Interest / background in credit card industry.
- Familiarity with Python or other languages
