General Information on the Position
More specifically, your role is to support the litigation and employment law team. You will participate in the development of legal opinions and appropriate implementation plans. You will conduct research and preliminary analysis. You will use your global knowledge acquired during your studies. You will also interact with stakeholders in complementary fields of activity.
Main responsibilities
Support the professional resources of your unit by conducting legal research and analysis in various areas of law
Draft and prepare various reports, opinions and summaries
Drafting legal documents
Make representations before the courts.

Temporary work: scheduled to end on December 02, 2023 (Six months, starting in June 2023)
Other Relevant Information: This training period must be considered as an official training period of the Barreau du Québec for the purpose of registration on the Roll of the Order
