The HR Summer Intern will provide support to the Nutrien Vanscoy Potash HR Department for the months of May to August 2023.
What you will do:
- Support and gain exposure to general HR competencies
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Paper filing as well as electronic record keeping of documents
- Assist in the execution and delivery of HR processes and transactions at the Vanscoy site
- Answer phone calls being made to the HR Department and assist as necessary
What you will bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Commerce post-secondary program, Human Resources program is preferred
- Must be professional and have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Class 5 driver’s license required to commute to site
- Experience with SAP database software is an asset
- Customer Service experience is an asset
