The
People & Culture Intern reports to the Senior People & Culture Manager. We are looking for a hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including Workday, and Microsoft Office and will be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.

Desired Skills And Experience
The
People & Culture Intern will be focused on assisting in the daily operations of the P&C (formally Human Resources) department at the resort. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, training, employee relations, administrative tasks such as answering phones and filing, and assisting employees with all questions and concerns.
The
People & Culture Intern will assist with the daily office administration, executing training courses and onboarding events, coordinating off-site and on-site staff housing arrivals, assist with mass hiring for the winter and summer season, coordinate and assist with employee relation events, and gain a general understanding of standard employee questions and concerns.
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution that requires you to complete a 4+month internship.
- Past hospitality and/or HR experience
- Major in either Hospitality Management or Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software
- Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to service
Additional Information
- The ideal candidate will be able to start anytime between January-February for 4-6 months
- This is an unpaid position; however, you would receive complimentary staff housing, 3 meals per day in our staff cafeteria, and discounted rates on dry cleaning/ a uniform if preferred.
