About The Role
Kearney’s Global Digital Marketing team is looking for a creative and savvy digital marketing and social media enthusiast. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on work experience within paid media, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, search engine optimization (SEO), account-based marketing (ABM), and more. You will report to the Head of Global Digital and Performance Marketing, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing and our client facing consultants. This position is based in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Help curate and manage a social media calendar, including ideation and creation of content with photography, videography, and copywriting
- Analyze social media metrics and suggest strategy for driving performance
- Assist with execution and reporting of paid media across varying channels
- Support SEO projects by assisting with keyword research, website performance analysis, content gap analysis, and optimization of existing content
- Collaborate with global design team to turn creative files into on-brand assets
- Stay informed on social media and digital marketing trends, ready to test and learn
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Hands-on experience with a design forward social media and/or paid media account
- Excellent creative writing and project management skills
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize the findings for distribution
- Ability to think strategically and apply given strategy or common business knowledge to recommendations and rationale
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaboratively in team environments
