Job Summary
The University Campus Store is looking for innovative, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our team. We have been part of the University for over 100 years and serve a large and diverse campus community. The Campus Store is seeking Photography/ Videography Intern to support the internal marketing needs of the Campus Store. The Photography/ Videography Intern will assist in a variety of website design and content creation for photographs and other digital media as needed for the Campus Store, both in store and on-line. They will work directly with the E-Commerce Manager and other members of the internal marketing team to photograph, edit, and post various items for the website and other in store assets. This includes both items for re-sale along with advertising campaigns as needed. Additionally, they will work with the Campus Store Customer Experience Manager to ensure all images on the website and in store have a cohesive look and feel throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
Photograph, edit, retouch, and color correct images for publication on the Campus Store website, email campaigns, or other areas as needed.
Post images on campus store website and retail sales platforms that highlight the images to maximize sales.
Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support the creative process of marketing content for all Campus Store promotions, programs, service, and special events.
Ensure all content is branded, the design is optimized, and functionality is efficient for the platform.
Curate new pages and collections on the website based on trends, season, holidays and upcoming promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current University of Utah Student.
Candidates will be expected to understand the following systems: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Capture One, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Preferences
Preferences – graphic/video/animation experience is a plus.
Preference will be given to students with related technical coursework and/or professional experience.
Excellent attention to detail and creative eye or aesthetics in color and typography.
Energetic self-starter who is able to work well in a small team and independently.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create great working relationships.
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
