Job Summary
The COVID -19 testing interns are central to the testing operations for the U of U campus community.
We are seeking University of Utah students who are interested in supporting the University’s COVID -19 testing efforts to start as soon as possible. This job comes with potential opportunities to continue into the Summer Semester based on performance and campus demand. This work requires attention to detail, punctuality, professionalism, face-to-face (distanced) interaction, interpersonal communication, and data entry.
Locations: We will weigh your preference to the extent possible in assigning your testing site for any given day. Note that staffing will be on campus at the Officers Club and the Student Union.
Pay: If hired, you can join as an intern at $15.
This internship is work-study eligible, but work-study status is not required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Interns will be in charge of registering participants, guiding throughout the process, observing the test collection, and documenting test results.
- Training will be provided on site and personal protective equipment will be supplied for you.
