- Co-op/Intern: Summer 2023
This candidate will work as part of a dynamic, experienced team providing infrastructure strategy advice to clientele operating in the public, private and non-profit sectors and will assist in carrying out a variety of projects, including:
- Strategic planning exercises;
- Infrastructure project options analysis
- Business case development
- Asset management policy, framework, and program development
- Climate change mitigation, resilience and adaptation.
You will be called to:
- Contribute to key initiatives related to Canada’s, Ontario’s and Atlantic Canada’s economic development;
- Support public sector organizations with their decision-making process as it relates to strategic infrastructure considerations impacting their growth and development.
- Assist with qualitative and quantitative analysis for the development and management of infrastructure projects and portfolios
- Contribute to engagements focused on climate change mitigation, resilience and adaptation for infrastructure-reliant organizations
- Summarize studies and broad findings in the form of presentations and reports well expressed in excellent English and/or French using Word and PowerPoint.
- Support the growth of the firm and the practice by taking part in various business development initiatives.
- Develop models and tools to guide decision-making processes for infrastructure development and management.
Co-ops and Internships
Throughout a co-op or internship, you’ll work on client engagement and have access to training, professional development, and innovative learning experiences. From analyzing and assessing business processes to improving client performance, you’ll be building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success.
What you bring to the roleYou’re a highly motivated student who strives for excellence, innovation, and collaboration. You’re passionate about being involved in your local community and university and have a proven ability to achieve personal and professional success while juggling competing priorities and deadlines. You have a strong academic record and can obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance.

- Knowledge of the infrastructure and construction industry an asset
- Professional proficiency in French, an asset.
