
Job description
- Trouble shooting and consulting on facility design and operating problems, working directly with operations and maintenance personal
- Prepare engineering designs using industry code and company standards for facility upgrades and replacement in kinds of piping, pumps, and all other process equipment.
- Perform studies on enhancement opportunities, finalize studies with engineered design packages for execution
- Provide engineering guidance on execution of facility upgrades, work directly with maintenance group and contractors
- Direct mentorship under professional engineers
Qualifications
Academic:
- Studying to achieve a BSc Engineering degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited University in Canada
- Currently enrolled in a University Engineering program and returning to full-time studies after the work term
- Your most recent unofficial transcript(s) must be submitted with your application
Other:
- A valid driver’s license required
- Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
- Commitment to safety on and off the job
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enables you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-based environment
- Work schedule: Full-time position
Start date: May 2023
Work term: 12 or 16 months

Eligibility to work in Canada
