Job Summary
Reporting to the HR Manager, this temporary role will provide be responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of HR related activities. Ideal for a recent HR graduate or Internship student, this role will provide a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities that will encompass the entire Human Resources program within the Western Supply Chain at PepsiCo Foods Canada
ResponsibilitiesPrimary Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
- Prescreen resumes, create job postings, and conducting post offer background checks
- Facilitate the onboarding process including first day onboarding
- Attend and support at staffing meetings to ensure business needs for labour is met
- Support and oversee the local Employee Referral Program
- Generate reports needed for HR information purposes
- Provide business units data and requested information on HR data
- Execute the disciplinary records process
- Complete COVID case administration and tracking support
- Participate in HR Change projects and initiatives
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and tracking for various HR programs and protocols ensuring accuracy and compliance
QualificationsPrimary Qualifications Include:
- Completing or recently completed a post-secondary or graduate program, preferably with a Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations focus
- Exceptional with your interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Analytical with a strong attention to detailand exceptional dedication to accuracy
- Adaptable with a quick learning capability
- Have experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)Able to set priorities, take initiative and work with little direction
