What will your typical day look like?
As a Solution Associate in the CDC, you will be part of a team that delivers new technology solutions or upgrades to our clients. We count on you to help clients define their requirements, design, develop or configure solutions, analyze client business processes, transform client data, test the solutions, etc. In short, you’ll be working with your team and clients across the entire implementation cycle. In our view, the best Solution Developers have a versatile skillset and are passionate about learning new technologies and solutions. These can range from highly technical individuals capable of implementing high quality solutions, to those with strong functional skills who can ensure that we are providing the most business value possible for our clients with each solution we deliver.
Currently we have the System Engineering team within our CDC with open internship positions:
The Systems Engineering multidisciplinary team within CDC helps our clients reduce costs and risks by implementing custom developed systems from scratch, simplifying the integration with current systems and by supporting their testing efforts through best-in-class test automation solutions. Basically, we assist our clients in all phases of software development to help them achieve personalized and innovative digital solutions that support their business transformation. Examples of technologies we leverage include: JAVA, Node.js, Angular, Mulesoft, AWS, Python.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
• Currently enrolled in collegial studies in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Math (or equivalent program) and will be returning back to school following the internship.
• The ability to work fluently in English and/or in French (both would be an asset)
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Technical Architecture
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge of Delivery Methodology (e.g., Lean / Agile / Scrum, SDLC / Waterfall) and experience in Version Control

Our CDC (Canadian Delivery Centre) is part of our network of globally distributed centers, and today is made up of 500 experienced practitioners.
