The Job
You will be a strong facilitator to help cultivate equitable and inclusive training resources through strategic internal and external partnerships. You will also be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to build out an engaging Talent Ambassador program that supports diversity outreach and recruitment activations.
You will also play a key role in overseeing and driving projects that build and execute against our strategies and initiatives. You will balance high quality standards, creativity, and innovation on all project deliverables and provide structure, build momentum, and enable effective communication between all stakeholders.
This role will report to the (Lead Specialist) and be located in Atlanta or Los Angeles with some travel.
The Daily
- Partner with Corporate Communications/People & Culture leads to establish a formal Talent Ambassador program that highlights opportunities for functional areas to be featured at industry panels, keynote speaking engagements, recruiting and interview booths
- Build and leverage network (Equity & Inclusion team, business resource groups, diverse professional organizations) to explore opportunities to facilitate training sessions for Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers
- Develop and structure roll out of DEI training content
- Collaborates with Sourcing and Recruitment team to ensure candidate slates are diverse and outreach prospects are progressing through the candidate funnel
- Supports special projects, research, analytics and industry benchmarking to provide best practices and knowledge as a subject matter expert
- Support process to ensure interview panels are represented with diverse ambassadors to provide a more inclusive candidate experience
- Create and maintain Diversity Outreach dashboards, reporting and metrics to share quarterly with Talent Ambassadors and key stakeholders
The Essentials
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Previous training facilitation experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Learning & Development and recruitment practices preferred
- Previous Entertainment industry experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment applicant tracking system, Internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,746.00 - $101,670.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
