About The Internship Opportunity With Program Operations
Program Operations is seeking an Intern to support the deployment of the salesforce revenue model. Their major project will be to support the execution of a new product revenue model in salesforce. In addition, they will support in building custom dashboards for Finance, Business Development teams, Partner Solutions Group leads and Venture Service product leads to gain a better understanding of confirmed and pipeline revenue. In support of this goal, the incumbent will also support the build of a knowledge management system.
- Support in managing the roll out of new revenue products in Salesforce
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to add product data into active opportunities
- Work with internal teams to build custom dashboards in Salesforce
- Work with Finance, Business Development teams, Partner Solutions Group leads and Venture Service product leads to gain a better understanding of confirmed and pipeline revenue
- Support in the roll out of the new PMO knowledge management system & data administration
- Maintaining organized and consistent data across multiple projects and teams to provide ease of access, transparency and straightforward reporting
- Support Program Operations, Finance and IT teams with the ERP- Salesforce Integration
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate studies program
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and over web conference
- Self-motivated – able to work independently or as a team member
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and google sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- A self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career

The Fine Print
Applicants can either be a 2023 graduate of a post-secondary program or returning to post-secondary studies in Fall 2023.
The internship runs May 1 - August 25, 2023.

Hourly salary rate: $22 - $27
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside in Ontario.
