As the Marketing Intern, you’ll work directly with the Marketing Team to steer the brand towards the head of the competition, increasing lead volume and establishing ongoing customer loyalty. At Univerus Marketing, our focus is providing top-notch marketing services to internal Univerus businesses as well as external clients.

Our office operates on a hybrid work model, coming together at our Toronto office twice a week to collaborate and learn as an organization, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
The Opportunity
- Content Creation: Creating graphics, videos, and writing social copy (primarily LinkedIn/Instagram)
- Social Media Community Management: Engaging with internal and external stakeholders through commenting and resharing relevant posts
- Analytics Reporting: Perform monthly audit of social media analytics and prepare report to identify successes and opportunities for growth
- You will support the creation of various marketing collaterals, both digital and print, to ensure successful conversions, providing close oversight to web best practices, brand adherence and communications effectiveness
- You will use email marketing tools such as MailChimp and Hubtspot to send out recurring communications
- Collaboration: Working with the Marketing and Sales Team to pitch and brainstorm new content and marketing ideas
- Work closely with Product Management and Sales to support development of client facing marketing documents

Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with Graphic Design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.)
- Familiarity with E-mail Marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Bilingual is considered an asset
