GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Represent company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES, Include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support with various administrative tasks, including planning and coordinating meetings, scanning, filing and data entry
- Assist with various Marketing initiatives
- Provide project and research support to the Marketing department and make recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain relationship with all departments within the organization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant college level course work in Human Resources, Marketing or Business
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems
Demonstrated Professional Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English
- Proven experience in providing superior client service
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple task and meet deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to see the big picture goals of the organization and contribute on a day-to-day basis with the tasks required
